Tracy Jane doesn't just decorate; she transforms. With over 15 years of experience in the creative design industry, Tracy has built a reputation as a pioneer in the world of permanent botanical art and immersive event styling.

What started as a passion for floral design has evolved into a full-scale creative studio specialising in high-impact commercial installations, sculptural balloon artistry, and the signature "Fake Bake" collection. The Philosophy Tracy’s work is rooted in the belief that beauty shouldn't be fleeting. By blending the finest permanent botanicals with modern design techniques, she creates "everlasting" environments for luxury retail, high-end hospitality, and stylish homes across the UK. Her 15-year tenure means she brings a deep understanding of scale, structure, and brand identity to every project she touches.

Beyond the Design

When she isn’t suspended from a ladder creating a restaurant ceiling installation or hand-piping a faux masterpiece in the shop, Tracy is dedicated to sharing her craft. Through the Tracy Jane Academy, she empowers the next generation of creators with the technical skills and "trade secrets" she has mastered over her decade-and-a-half career.
